February/ March 2010 Sky's No Limit Webletter
When do we stop trying to do the impossible?
I was in a supermarket and saw this cute little girl, barely 2 feet tall, open the refrigerator case, take out a gallon of milk, and attempt to lift it over and into her Mom's shopping cart, which was way above her little head. Her mother took the milk by the handle and put it into the cart and away they went.
It made me wonder, what makes kids fearless, and when do we stop trying to do the impossible?
Are we taught our limitations; do we learn by trial and failure or both?
Walt Disney said, “It's kinda fun to do the impossible.”
Let me share a “too funny” event that happened today.
I was in one of my favorite food stores and chatting with Marcella, who hails from the Canarsie section of Brooklyn, N Y as I did. We were discussing the old neighborhood and as we were chatting an elderly man chimes in... I was in Canarsie in the '60's for a month.
That was you? Marcella shoots back! It was an hysterically funny moment.
Ok now to get serious again.
Conceive – believe - ACT - achieve - receive.
One of my mentors taught me to periodically revisit the beginning of my ideas or start of a venture, or relationship, when my original idea was full of expectations of success and reinvigorate my original enthusiasm. During the trek to success so many side issues, problems and other pressing issues may have weakened your original enthusiasm.
And that is why I have returned to the concept of conceive to achieve. It's really ABC. The idea, the plan, the action, the success. Which brings me to repeat here, from a previous webletter, the great pyramid of success.
Your great pyramid of success.
So~
To begin
You relax to
Enter your mind.
Envision deep desires.
Your vision begets passion
Passion fires up determination.
Determination = intensity of belief.
Belief is your conviction to succeeding.
Success is the achievement of your belief.
To begin, I think it's a good time for a quick review of the main points of previous webletters. When seen as a bundle and relying upon one another to strengthen they should carry greater weight. Rereading these past webletters in full, will no doubt remind and refresh salient points and is why I've reduced the length of these month's webletters. You might also gain by rereading www.skysnolimit.info, as I have added some more articles; in particular Quotes Versus Affirmations.

Aug. 2009. Premier edition, getting to know each other.
We investigated the meanings of success and using knowledge. Stressing knowledge is not power, but using knowledge is. And that knowledge is what one believes is true. For thousands of years the earth was flat. How many ventures have gone awry because of erroneous knowledge.
Sept. 2009. What is your successability quotient? Secrets to working harder.
This is a theory, with quite some obvious support that the more thought given to the steps of success, “Your Plan”, the greater your successability factor. The trick is to know the full extent of questions to ask and details to consider. How do you anticipate situations when you have no experience or knowledge relative to your plan. One word answer, Mentor! Mentors can be persons, books, videos, etc., and should include them all.
Oct. 2009. The Law Of Expectations. The Importance of determination.
This is probably the two most important of my theories. Carefully planning your venture, using again, all relevant facts leads to greater expectations. Greater expectations in turn lead to greater determination and thus enforce the expectations of success. Determination in this sense would be action. Mental determination without action will not bring about success.
Introducing: The success pyramid.

Nov. 2009. About the Law of Attraction.
A fantasy chat with Laurov Attraction and Anne Accident. In this month's webletter I pointed out the fallacy of the LOA, in that “Praying” so to speak, will not make things happen, and that Action is the key to success.
Dec. 2009. Perspectives on success. How do you define success?
Happiness is the death of desire as success is the death of ambition.
Once again we discuss and define success. Simply to know what it is we seek will allow us to march smartly to our desired destination. Knowing our desire is already success.
